PPP - Peonies with Joni

Hello Everyone, have you guys seen the new release from Pretty Pink Posh? If you have not seen the Hop you can click for Day 1 and for Day 2. There's still time to participate for the Pretty Pink Posh Giveaway.

For this card I started with stamping the Peonies Stamp Set on a white cardstock and colored the images with Copic Markers. Then, die-cut using the Peonies Coordinating Dies.

To create my background, I distressed the white cardstock with Distress Oxides in Faded Jeans, Black Soot, and Peacock Feather. I then, splattered it with water. Let it dry and then use the Leaves Stencil using the Texture Paste Opaque Matte, while it still wet I applied the gold embossing powder and then let it dry. Once it dies I then heat embossed.

For the sentiment I used the oldie but goodie Birdie Notes stamp set. I then added the new Cornflower Jewels.
